Vendor Selection: Whether you are moving from a manual/paper-based model to a business continuity management system (BCMS), or you are looking to migrate from an established BCMS to another, QS makes the vendor selection process seamless. Selecting a provider from the dozens available on the market can be daunting, and our team’s familiarity with these leaders, innovators, and emerging systems allows us to efficiently evaluate their capabilities against your requirements. We conduct initial vendor briefings and demos, collect and evaluate RFPs, and provide a final evaluation report with recommendations. We support the conversations between the vendor and your internal procurement, IT, and BC program leads to ensure alignment from all parties and that the system selected is best suited to your program requirements, timeline, and budget.
Implementation Support: Once you’ve selected a BCMS vendor, the implementation process can also be overwhelming. We know that you have day-to-day responsibilities in running your resilience program, and system implementation often feels like a full-time job on top of your full-time job. QS alleviates this additional burden by providing both project management and subject matter expertise. Our certified project manager will hold the vendor to task, ensuring that the promises of the sales cycle are delivered on time and within budget. Our BC consultants provide subject matter expertise throughout the implementation process, from initial discovery, through configuration decisions, user acceptance testing, and production roll-out. We can support end-user training to your business users, as well as build executive reporting and dashboard capabilities to ensure year-over-year success with your new BCMS.

- Program Improvement. A key challenge for any BC/DR program is getting buy-in from stakeholders within the business. If you have an existing BC/DR program that can’t seem to find traction, our consultants will assess your existing practices and provide recommendations for improvement. We will build and implement a multi-year strategic plan with specific and achievable metrics to advance the maturity of your program.
